Publisher's black cloth in dust-jacket. 8 1/4 x 5 1/4 inches (21 x 13 cm); 168 pp.; 4 plates printed recto and verso with illustrations after photographs. Some wear to edges of jacket, which has a small loss to the foot of the spine, in all a very nice copy. Extremely scarce.
