Publisher's beveled cloth stamped in gilt and lettered "Musson" at foot, in original dust jacket. 8 x 5 inches; illustrated with original mounted photographs, 131 pp. Endpapers possibly replaced and strengthened, spotting to tissue guard over title, edges, and jacket which has a few minor chips and toned areas; a sound copy in the rare jacket; Together with the first American edition, 1912, cloth.
