Pre-printed game record book with columns for the various game types shot, all carefully completed by hand. Three-quarters calf-backed boards. 8 3/4 x 5 1/2 inches (22 x 14 cm); approximately 200 pp. Neatly rebacked.
In addition to "Park Hall" itself, mentioned frequently in the list of hunting locations, shooting took place in Sherwood [Forest], Warsop Wood etc., indicating that the property hunted was in the Mansfield, Notts. region. Hare, rabbit (in vast quantities), pheasant and partridge were shot, and occasionally ducks and woodcock were part of the bag.
