Comprising a teapot, two-handled covered sugar bowl, seven dessert plates, five tea cups and seven saucers. Height of teapot 5 3/4 inches; diameter of dessert plate 8 5/8 inches.

the teapot, tea cups and sugar bowl have stains to their interiors; one dessert plate has a discolored hairline that is visible when the plate is examined from the underside; the hairline has been professionally repaired with three staples, however, there is barely any indication of a repair or a hairline when the plate is examined from above; this same plate has a small nick loss to the gilding along its rim edge; there is at least one other plate with a similar nick loss to its rim edge; there is wear and rubbing to the gilt prunus blossom decoration to the centers of the plates, consistent with age and usage; some of the plate centers have have light knife scratch marks from usage; five of the plates have a border with five reserves; the other two plates have four reserves to their borders; one saucer has a very small nick to its gilt rim edge (now overpainted in gold); there is extensive wear/rubbing to the gilding, most notably to the handles on the teapot, sugar bowl and teacups; no apparent repairs or damage to any of the handles or to the covers of the teapot and sugar bowl, including the bud finials; the spout on the teapot also does not appear to be damaged; there is some variation to the stamp marks on the underside of the various items; not blacklighted
