The paper-scrolled serpentine toprail and ears above a pierced vasiform splat, the overupholstered seat raised on cabriole legs headed by beaded acanthus leaves and ending in claw-and-ball feet. Height 39 3/4 inches (100.9 cm), width 24 1/2 inches (62.2 cm), depth 18 inches (45.2 cm).

Restored condition, seat rails not completely examined, age cracks to toprail, repaired break below left ear below juncture of stile, losses, repaired breaks and replacements to splat, repaired breaks and replacements to backsplat shoe, repaired breaks to stiles at juncture of back seat rail, right stile spliced above and below juncture of seat rail, brackets to tops of legs appear to be original with the exception of the back right one, old marks and scratches, remnants of black varnish to crevices of toprail, scuffs to legs and feet.
