Assembled Continental Louis XV Style Silver Tea Service and Tray
Late 19th/ early 20th century
Comprising a teapot, cream jug, hot milk jug, covered sugar bowl, tea strainer and stand and tray, each globular body chased with husk swags, raised on four hoof feet. Length of teapot 7 1/4 inches (18.5 cm), length of tray 11 1/2 inches (29.3 cm), total approximately 66 ounces.

Tray - apparently unmarked; two crease dents (1 in. each); small dents; center engraved script monogram "EL"; light surface marking
Teapot - apparently unmarked; engraved monogram "EL"; the pin to the hinge missing; slight rock on base
Hot milk jug - German - some rusting underside the cover finial;
Sugar bowl - apparently unmarked; gilt interior; cover slightly loose; foot mark showing to interior; slight rock on base
Cream jug - French, maker's mark JB; small pin point dents
Tea strainer on stand - German - bending to the handles; bending to feet of stand
