Of ovoid form, in smokey gray color, decorated in relief with a flock of egrets with outspread wings descending on a marsh of ferns, engraved R. LALIQUE FRANCE. Height 9 7/8 inches.

appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition, however, there is one very short razor-thin line in the glass, approximately 1/8-inch in length, that becomes quite visible when a strong light source is held to the area; there are perhaps just a few very small fleabite-size nicks to the upper rim edges, not of any great consequence; in addition, there are some scattered superficial (barely discernible scratch/scuff marks to the top flat rim surface, not of any consequence; there are some scattered small pinhead-size internally trapped air bubbles, in the body of the glass, as made, not of any consequence; there is one slightly large size trapped air bubble, located close to the top rim edge; there do not appear to be any nicks or chip losses to any of the raised parts of the bird and fern decoration; there is some scattered light scuffing to the exterior frosted finish, which becomes more visible when a strong light source is held to the area, not of any real great consequence; there are a few long straw marks (raised thin, thread-like lines) located on the interior side of the vase, which can be felt to the touch, as made, not of any consequence; the interior of the vase appears to be in generally clean condition
