The center molded with a lobster resting on a bed of seaweed, the border with root vegetables and leaves, including turnips, carrots, greens, radishes and leeks. Diameter 8 5/8 inches; Together with a Josiah Wedgwood & Sons Majolica Turquoise and Cobalt-Blue Ground 'Crustacea' Lobster Salad Serving Bowl. Date code WHO for 1885, impressed uppercase mark, 12 and M, pattern no. M2916 / 1. The scalloped bowl on a short socle foot, the side molded with alternating panels of lobsters and vegetables, height 5 1/2 inches, diameter 10 3/4 inches.R>
