appears to be in generally good condition; the patina on the top side of the circular base has a uniformly dulled appearance and there are a few scattered small patches where the patina is uneven and may have flaked off at some earlier point; there are scattered scratch marks to the patina, including to the top of the base, particularly where the bottom part of the sceptre comes into contact with the top side of the base; there are other areas with scratch marks to the patina, noticeably to the figure's proper right forearm and upper arm area, upper chest area, left forearm, and the reverse side on his exposed back; nicely cast with good detailing, including to the hair on his head, fingers, toes, etc.; would benefit from a light cleaning and waxing to restore sheen; unsigned
