generally good condition, 1/4 inch shallow triangular indentation on reverse right center of glass panel, likely a manufacturing imperfection; the lamp has three light sockets, however, they are European, i.e., two protruding round prongs not two flat prongs; the lamp is wired, however, it is wired for European current, i.e., the plug has two round prongs, not flat prongs
