KPM Painted Porcelain Plaque
C. Meinelt, late 19th/early 20th century
Of rectangular form, depicting men dressed in Renaissance attire surrounding a dying man dressed in a suit of armor, after a battle, inscribed C. Meinelt, with impressed KPM and scepter mark on the back. Height of plaque 17 1/8 inches, width 21 1/4 inches.

Porcelain Plaque: appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition; the plaque is visible from behind and all four corners appear to be undamaged and no apparent hairline cracks, chips, losses, etc.; there is an area with a concentration of small scuffs and scratches on the front painted side of the plaque, located at the center bottom border area; not blacklighted

Frame measurements: height 27 1/2 in., width 31 1/2 in.; losses
