Full polished red calf, gilt double rule border, spine decoratively gilt, gilt titles to green and blue spine labels, gilt dentelles, all edges gilt, bound by Bayntun, Riviere. 8 x 6 1/4 inches; xxiv, 509 pp., Frontispiece and fifteen color plates with captioned tissue guards, seven black and white plates, and numerous head and tail-pieces in text, all by Arthur Rackham. Light creasing along joints, wear to the tail of the spine, faint scuffing to boards.
