Plaque: appears to be in good, undamaged condition; not examined out of frame; back of plaque is mostly visible, i.e., exposed, and the plaque appears to be undamaged and the Meissen blue crossed swords mark is exposed; there appears to be a thin film or cloudiness to the front painted side of the plaque, notably fully across the lower area of the plaque, approximately 4 inches high, possibly the result of some prior professional restoration, not certain if this "film" will "clean away" or not; not black lighted
