Oval, the pierced rim with beading and husk swags, raised on bracket feet, the center engraved with heraldic arms and William Powell, Esq. Humbly present by his most obedient and very humble servant Richd Jones Feby 16th 1788. Length 16 1/2 inches (42 cm), approximately 50 ounces.
