Circa 1759, blue interlaced L's enclosing the date letter F, painter's cross mark for Xhrouet to both, one with potter's incised gc
Each painted with a central bouquet of flowers and fruit within a quatrefoil trellis cartouche, the lobed rim enriched with a gilt line and gilt dentil edge, on a scalloped pedestal foot. Diameter 9 inches (22.9 cm).
Philippe Xhrouet, père, was a painter at Sèvres active 1750-1775.
