Uniform wear, dulling to gilding, consistent with age, usage and handling; each of the four light sockets are marked BRYANT; on/off paddles are marked PERKINS; pierce metal heat cap appears to be a replacement and may or may not be an original Tiffany Studios heat cap; the metal finial at the very top of the lamp (above the heat cap) is a later replacement and is separate from the heat cap, which is missing its finial; the heat cap is compressed and dented; the ring-shaped wheel at the top of the lamp shaft appears to be a later replacement part, i.e., not original; the lamp is currently wired with a later cord, however, neither the cord nor the light sockets were tested.
