SMITH, CHARLES Smith's New General Atlas Containing District Maps of All the Principal Empires, Kingdoms & States throughout the World.
London: C. Smith, 1809. Old calf-backed boards. 15 3/4 x 12 5/8 inches (40.5 x 32 cm); 45 hand-colored maps, as per the plate list. Front board detached, some pale staining to lower margins, sometimes entering the maps, noted throughout.
Two of the maps show North America; Australia is shown in full in outline on the Eastern Hemisphere map, though largely blank.
