NEW YORK, NY -- Jewelry sales at Doyle continue to outperform expectations as the market appetite for jewelry at all levels of value remains strong. The recent sale of Important Jewelry on October 27, 2022 saw determined competition from collectors coast to coast, as well as from bidders overseas. The auction followed successful previews in Doyle's galleries in Palm Beach and Beverly Hills prior to the New York exhibition.

With competitive bidding, the sale totaled an exceptionally strong $3,002,517, far surpassing the pre-sale estimate of $1,683,200-2,524,800, with an impressive 94% sold by lot and 100% sold by value.
