A Large and Exceptionally Rare Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain Vase, Tianqiuping
Qianlong Seal Mark and of the Period
The body of globular form and decorated with a wide, continuous band of colorful lotus scroll with other flowers and interwoven ruyi-head forms, a lappet band at foot and with a yellow-ground, floral ruyi-form collar; the slightly concave neck decorated with upright leaves and dangling pendants issuing from ruyi-head band at mouth. Height 20 inches
