Includes: an 1842 edition in full red morocco by Bedford of Dibdin's Bibliomania, this the largest at 10 x 6 inches (26 x 15 cm); a first edition four volume set in three-quarters red morooc by Maurin of Winston Churchill's A History of the English Speaking Peoples; The Beaconsfield Edition of The Writings and Speeches of Edmund Burke, 1901, one of 1000 sets, 12 volumes in three-quarters morocco gilt, spines faded; a later issue in cloth of Twain's Life on the Mississippi, 1883; a two volume leather bound set of The Life of Edgar Allan Poe, 1909; a six volume leather bound set of The Life of Walter Savage Landor; a two volume leather bound 1832 set of Robinson Crusoe, cover detached; miscellaneous sets, partial sets and volumes of George Eliot, Smollett, Sterne, British Poets, The Spectator, etc. Wear and markings, should be seen sold as is, several with ex-libris of Charles and Margaret Dyson.
