[CONGRESS] Document titled "A State of Representation in Congress for the Month of February 1788 pursuant to the Act if 17th August, 1785."
Partly printed document on watermarked laid paper accomplished in manuscript and possibly prepared by Charles Thomson as Secretary of the Continental Congress. The printed portion listing the 13 original states and the manuscript listing the names of the delegates to the Congress noting the dates of their attendance. 13 x 8 inches (33 x 20 cm). Fine.

A Continental Congress roll-call document for February 1788, just a few months before the ratification of the Constitution. The manuscript lists the names of the delegates, including from New York Alexander Hamilton and Leonard Gansevoort.
