Lightstain and matstain, some printer's ink and soiling (mainly in the margins and verso), some loss at top left and bottom right sheet corners, a 2 1/2 inch hard crease along bottom left sheet edge (approximately 1/8 inch into the sheet with an associated nick and tiny tear).
