Publisher's cloth with paper label, later blue cloth slipcase (the book was issued in a card slipcase). 9 1/4 x 6 1/4 inches (23.5 x 16 cm); xii, 387 pp.; frontispiece. Spine label slightly toned, spine cloth minutely faded.
