Manuscript plan in ink and colors, showing the parcels of the Minthorne property previously distributed to various children of Philip Minthorne (see the previous lot) here largely consolidated to the ownership of his son Mangle Minthorne (1737-1821). The map backed. 19 x 23 inches (47 x 60 cm). Closed tears and soiling to edges; Together with a later survey, 1820s, showing lands in the Estate of Mangle Minthorne, now in the 6th Ward and bounded by Grand Street, Orange Street and Rhynders Street. The map backed. Losses and tears, soiling to edges.
