Manuscript map in ink and colors. With a modern note dated 1933 suggesting this an "excellent copy" of Bridges & Poppleton's map as filed. The map is backed. 30 x 60 inches (77 x 152 cm). Extensive losses along extremities, stains, tears, later markings within the image.

A very large and detailed map showing the meeting of lands in the Estate of Henry Rutgers with the East River along Water Street.
