Manuscript survey map on paper in ink and colors, with "Copied from a map in the possession of Mrs. Jane T. Ludlow/New York May 21, 1850/by Edwin Smith City Surveyor" in ink at lower right. 25 x 11 inches (64 x 28 cm). The map is backed. Some spotting and soiling, later markings within the image.
A vibrant plan of Stanton to Grand Streets with Rivington, Delancey, and Broome between. The cross streets are Pitt, Willet, Sheriff, and Columbia Streets.
