BARROW, THOMAS F. (b. 1938) Technology Transfer,
1980. Gelatin silver print with stencilled color, 15 5/8 x 20 inches (403 x 507 mm), signed, titled and dated in ink on verso. Minute wear to extreme corners of print, no defects noted in raking light.
Barrow, a pupil of Siskind at the Art Institute of Design, Chicago and a graphic designer as well as a noted photographer, was later Curator of Exhibitions at Eastman House in 1965, editor of Image in 1972, and has long been associated with University of New Mexico, where he taught photography etc.
