Dirty varnish; frame rubbing along all four edges, most notably in the upper right corner; the canvas undulates throughout as a result of impact and creasing, most noticeable upper right quadrant near the edge; some paint flakes in the center register along the houses; one additional spot of impact in the lower part of the right edge; no apparent restoration.
