Two Continental Historicist Style Silver Drinking Cups
Hanau, late 19th century
One with shell-form bowl on figural support capped by a figure with a club and a winged mask, the other with a branch-form stem and tapering bowl, the cover with a floral finial. Heights 7 1/2 inches (19 cm) and 8 inches (20 cm), respectively, total approximately 17 ounces.

Covered - with an Austrian import mark to rim; interior gilt; mouth dented slightly out of round; bending to foliate curls; bending to foot rim; cover with bending to interior rim
