A noble warrior between two female warriors, probably Ruggiero with Bradmante and Marfisa. Height 9 feet 8 inches, width 10 feet 2 inches.
Silk deterioration, restorations throughout.


Provenance:
Formerly in the collection of the Chateau Ramezay in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, one of the earliest buildings in Quebec still standing. Sold to benefit the Lake St. Louis Historical Society, Montreal, which continues as an initiative of the Stewart Program.
