Publisher's pictorial cloth gilt. 8 3/4 x 5 3/4 inches (22 x 14.5 cm); viii, 269 pp.; frontispiece, plates, in-text illustrations, 1 page publisher's ads. Extremities a bit worn, cloth lightly soiled and rippling along spine, front hinge starting; together with: GARLAND, HAMILIN and REMINGTON, FREDERIC [illus.]. The Book of the American Indian. New York: Harper & Brothers, 1923. Publisher's black cloth backed drab boards, printed paper onlay to front board, top edge stained yellow. 274 pp., color printed frontispiece and black and white plates after Remington. Wear to boards and spine, contents lightly toned, a few plates with tears and creases along fore-edge.
