A bronze wall plaque bas relief portrait of Theodore Roosevelt in profile, signed at upper right Fraser 1920 surrounding his copyright, with text below the image, the verso inscribed "Dec Arts" and also with the paper label of the Decorative Arts League, New York, 13 x 10 inches (33 x 26 cm). Appears fine.

The quote below the relief reads "Aggressive fighting for the right is the noblest sport the world affords."
