[Cambridge, Mass.]: privately Printed, 1951. First edition, with "Compliments of the Author" card laid in, inscribed. Publisher's green cloth gilt in the rare plain green paper jacket. 9 x 6 inches (23 x 15 cm); 65 pp.; frontispiece and plates after photographs. Minor toning to jacket, which has a few nicks, the book a fine copy.
