14 kt., rectangular case applied with multicolored enamel, square panel centering a carved agate swan with coral crown and beak gliding on a mother-of-pearl lake with mother-of-pearl and lapis lily pads, abalone pearl bush and cliffs, rose-cut diamonds, black enamel thumbpiece, interior with mirror, powder compartment with monogrammed hinged cover, signed B. S. & F., no. P267, center panel with maker's mark for Vladimir Makovsky, circa 1925, minor enamel loss, ap. 116.6 dwts. gross. 2 3/4 x 1 3/4 x 11/16 inches.
