(ii) ***UPDATED 3/3 - Taped to mat along top verso edge; papertape along verso edges.
Minor creasing throughout. Light toning and some mat burn. Scattered spots of staining and foxing throughout.
(iii) Not examined out of frame. Slight undulation to the sheet. Minor areas of surface soiling and staining.
(iv) Inscribed on the backing: Collection of William Barley Faxon. Sheet is irregularly cut and laid down on board. Coated throughout with a glossy varnish. Scattered creases and minor tears, with areas of restoration and inpainting visible. Overall with stabilized crazing likely the result of varnish coating.
