Additional Notes & Condition Report

Very pale lightstain (almost imperceptible recto). Alvarez Conservation Services conserved this print in 2005 for the present owner after he inherited it from his grandfather. As printed on tissue-thin paper they recommended lining it to a Japan paper support sheet (Alvarez stated that the lining can be easily removed). Before lining they placed a 3/4 x 3/8-inch piece of conservation tape verso corresponding to the image at left due to a possible thin area? (we do not see any restoration recto). This piece of tape is not discernible recto, and almost imperceptible verso.
