Lightstain, pale matstain, affixed with linen tape along most of top sheet edge recto (and two hinges at top sheet corners verso) to back mat, some foxing (mostly pinpoint and mainly discernible in the margins and verso), some printer's ink or minor soiling and rippling and a few unobtrusive handling creases discernible in the margins and verso, framed with acrylic.
