Contemporary mottled calf, gilt ornamented spine, red morocco spine label, all edges stained red. 6 x 3 5/8 inches (15.5 x 9.5 cm); [16], 175, [1] pp., woodcut head and tail-pieces and illustration in text. Light wear mostly to extremities, boards slightly bowed, contents bright with very occasional spots, bookplate of Pamela and Raymond Lister; Together with ANDRÉ, GEORGE G. The Draughtsman's Handbook of Plan and Map Drawing, Including Instructions for the Preparation of Engineering, Architectural, and Mechanical Drawings. London: E. & F. N. Spon, 1891. Publisher's blue cloth, gilt. xii, 150 p., Folded color lithograph frontispiece and 32 lithograph plates, some double-page and some color-printed, with [2] pp. ads at rear. Light wear, spine faded, slight lean, half title and ads slightly toned.
