[LEAF BOOKS] Four publications with original leaves by The Foliophiles.
Comprises Specimens of Oriental Mss. and Printing; Specimens of Woodcuts and Engravings; Printed Pages from English Literature; and Printed Pages from European Literature. New York: Society of Foliophiles, v.d. (1925-26). The first two parts one of 120 sets, the second two one of 200. Four clamshell cases, as issued. 12 3/8 x 9 1/2 inches (32 x 24.5 cm); the first two works with a text leaf and 15 folders, the second two with a text leaf and 20 folders. Light wear, a few minor splits to the boxes, the limitation slip detached but present on the second volume, but overall in nice condition for these rather fragile cases and internally fine.

An interesting selection of leaves, including several manuscript and incunable leaves, etc. etc,
