Laid-in to the slipcase is a copy of Michael Graves draws Gatsby and the regular prospectus; together with The Great Gatsby. New York: The Limited Editions Club, 1980. One of 2000 copies, signed by Fred Meyer. Publisher's cloth in slipcase. 8 5/8 x 6 5/8 inches (22 x 17 cm); xxiv, 171, [3] pp. Slipcase unevenly faded.
