Publisher's black cloth lettered in gilt, in the original slipcase. 12 1/4 x 9 1/4 inches (31 x 23.5 cm); [x], 70 pp.; with 49 very fine sepia-toned photogravure plates, including frontispiece. Some minimal soiling to boards, in all a near-fine copy in a defective, taped slipcase.
