[BOWERY LANE] BANCKER Jr., EVERT and TAYLOR, B. An original late 18th century survey map of Bowery Lane.
New York: 24 July 1794. Ink plan on paper with added color titled "Plan of a piece of land lying on the East side of the Bowry Lane in the Out War of the City of New York..." 15 1/4 x 12 1/4 inches (39 x 22 cm). Old linen backing, folds with a few small punctures and short splits, some toning and spotting.

An 18th century plan showing the divisions within a large parcel of land bounded Bowry Lane, "Mr. Williams's other land," lands belonging to Mr. Stuyvesant and Mr. Andrews, and at top the "Lane to the House."
