Comprising: SMITH, GEORGE B. after ADOLPHUS LOSS and J. C[ASPAR?] KRAPFF Map of a piece of Ground formerly the property of Edward Livingston Esqr. Sold at Auction in the Year 1805... "A true copy from the original / New York, July 4 1823 / Geo. B. Smith City Surveyor." Manuscript map in ink on paper, hand colored, old linen backing. 15 3/8 x 22 1/4 inches (39 x 57 cm); SMITH, GEORGE B. A Map of Four Blocks of Ground, situate in the 10th (late 7th) Ward of the City of New York being part of the Lands formerly belonging to James Delancey which were sold.... in the years 1784 & 1785. "I certify this map to be a true abstract from the map of Declancey's Farm.... taken by me this 18th December 1824 / Geo. B. Smith." Manuscript map in ink paper, hand colored, later linen backing. 15 5/8 x 19 1/2 inches (40 x 49.5 cm); and [ANONYMOUS]. [Untitled Survey map of Prince Street from Broadway to Bowery, with Nicholas Bayard's property and "Tucker's Land."] No place: no date, but early nineteenth century. Manuscript map in ink on on four small sheets of joined paper, later linen backing. 13 x 12 1/4 inches (33 x 31 cm)Maps with dust soiling, some marginal chips and losses, closed tears, pencil annotations to rectos, ink annotations and stamps to backings, the map of Livingston's property with some spotting and staining.
