Cast as a profile of the Emperor on an ermine mantling, beneath the Russian Imperial crown, mounted to a red velvet backing. Height of plaque 7 1/2 inches (19 cm), width 5 3/8 inches (13.7 cm), height overall 11 1/2 inches (29.2 cm), width 9 3/4 inches (24.8 cm).
