Circular, enameled in translucent pale blue over a wavy engine-turned ground, enclosing a later photograph of Grand Duchess Tatiana Nikolaevna, within a beaded bezel, all within a laurel-chased border, surmounted with a tied-ribbon crest, with a scroll strut. Height 2 5/8 inches (6.67 cm).
