1931, printed 1980s. Gelatin silver print, 9 1/16 x 11 3/8 inches (230 x 289 mm) on larger sheet, the recto with the marginal blindstamp "Hoynigen-Huene [c] HORST," the verso with the notation "from the collection of Horst," in pencil, in Horst's hand; and a pencilled "[c] HORST", and the title and date, these latter likely in another hand. Retouching in negative at lower left, visible in most of the 1980s printings we have seen.
