(i) Frame abrasions with associated wear and losses to edges. Scattered abrasions. Fine network of drying cracks. Could use a light cleaning.
(ii) Not examined out of frame. Frame rubbing apparent along the edges. Fine network of drying cracks. Surface soiling, could use a light cleaning.
(iii) Frame rubbing with associated wear to edges. Fine network of drying cracks. Area of crazing with associated loss to pigment along the lower edge.
(iv) The sheet is hinged along the upper edge verso. Edges cut irregularly. General toning and spots of foxing.
(v) The sheet is sandwich mounted into its mat. Some undulation to paper. Minor toning, few spots of foxing, and slightly abraded surfaces.
(vi) The sheet is tipped to its underlying support. Some staining and handling wear to the edges. Few scattered spots to image.
