The black Roman numeral white enamel dial within a rectangular case flanked by winged female figures kissing putti, raised on a rectangular base with putti and fruiting basket appliques, resting on circular feet. Height 13 inches (33 cm), width 10 3/4 inches (27.4 cm), depth 4 inches (10 cm).
