French, originally circa 1912, bodice altered in 1920s
Of black net over satin, sleeveless, with rounded neckline, the net embroidered allover with black sequins and embellished with lyrical floral pattern worked in iridescent blue, silver and gray sequins, the back sewn with looped panel and asymmetrical train, size 14, labeled: Complier & Rondeau/191 Rue St. Honore/Paris.
Good condition, minor splits in net, sleeves and other bodice pieces removed, included with lot.
