Iida/Takashimaya Embroidered Silk Burnoose
Japanese, circa 1911
Of crinkled off-white silk, the edge decorated with band embroidered with yellow flowers and green vinery, silk tassels with frogs at thigh level and tip of hood, satin lining, labeled: S.Iida/"Takashimaya"/Kyoto Tokyo Yokohama.
Very good condition, except significant discoloration at back hem and faint discoloration on front.
